How can I reserve a court or golf simulator?
Members can log into our member portal here or on the Pin Point app to make reservations. There is a dropdown titled "Reservations" that you can hover over and select your desired sport to make a reservation.
How can I sign up for pickleball open play or a pickleball event?
Similar to booking courts, members can log into our member portal here or on the Pin Point app to sign up for open play or an event. There is a dropdown titled "Events" that you can hover over, choose "List", and then find your desired open play slot or event you'd like to register for.
How can I reserve a pickleball ball machine?
Members are able to reserve a ball machine for 1 hour each day (subject to availability) on the Pin Point app or through the member portal on our website. Any additional hours will be charged to members at $30/hour.
What is included in a guest pass?
All members receive a guest pass to use during each membership billing cycle (if on a monthly plan) or every 30 days (if on an annual plan).
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no fee for cancellation.

You can cancel your plan at any time prior to each billing cycle, and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle. We will not offer refunds for the remaining part of the billing cycle after you cancel.

Yearly memberships will not receive refunds and will stay active until the 12 month period ends if you do not wish to renew your membership.
What is the 2 hour daily limit for pickleball for members?
Each member, whether an individual or each person in a couples or family membership, is entitled to 2 full hours of complimentary court reservation each day subject to availability. You will be able to reserve courts one week in advance.

If you and another member play on the same court reservation for two hours, you have each used your two hours of complimentary reserved court time.

All members are welcome to continue playing on open play courts, as unlimited open play is included for all members.

In the instance that there are courts still available when your reservation ends and you'd like to extend it, please come to the front desk and request additional time. We can extend a reservation one hour at a time, pending availability.
Can I pause my membership?
We will accept membership holds.

Memberships can be put on hold 30 days at a time, and cannot be on hold longer than 90 days in a 12 month calendar cycle.

The pricing for a membership hold is as follows:
Pickleball Individual - $50/mo
Pickleball Couple - $80/mo
Pickleball Family - $90/mo
Golf - $80/mo

This hold policy will stay in place until we hit our membership capacity and will then be reevaluated by our executive team.
